How do I buy a ticket, 10-journey ticket or day ticket via the website or app?

These tickets are linked to your account, so you can find and activate them either in the app or on the website.

How to buy your ticket via our website

Log in or create a De Lijn account.
In your account, select ‘Products’ and then ‘Tickets’.
Click on ‘Buy tickets’. Check your surname and first name when you make your first purchase. Make sure that they are exactly as shown on your identity card. If not, your ticket will not be valid.
Choose the type of ticket you need.
Go to ‘Payment’ and choose Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa or Mastercard.
- When you are paying for your tickets, a new page on the website or a pop-up screen should open. Certain cookies can sometimes block the purchase. It is therefore best to delete all cookies to ensure that this does not happen.
If your payment is successful, you will be returned to the ticket screen in your account. Your new tickets will be shown under ‘Purchased’. Only activate them when you need them.

Download the app using the QR code, or go to App Store or Google Play Store.
Click on ‘Products > Tickets’.
