How do I activate my ticket via the website?
- Go to the De Lijn website and navigate to ‘My account’. Log in if you haven’t already.
- In the menu, go to ‘Ticket Zone’. Here you will see an overview of your purchased tickets.
- Select one ticket and activate it.
- After a few seconds, the ticket will appear among your active tickets. You now have a valid ticket.
- After activation, you can travel validly. The duration of your travel is shown on the activated ticket.
When activating tickets via the website, you will also receive a copy of your tickets by email, with all necessary information. We also accept this (printed) email as a valid ticket.
How do I activate my ticket in the De Lijn app?
- Open the De Lijn app. Log in if you haven’t already.
- Click on 'Products' and choose the ticket you want to activate under ‘Purchased’;
- Click ‘Activate’ and then 'Confirm'
- After activation, you can travel validly. The duration of your travel is shown on the activated ticket.
