I can’t find the ticket I’ve received in my tickets

If you have received a code, you still have to redeem it via the De Lijn app or website.

Once you’ve done this, you will find the ticket in the account you are currently logged in with.

Can’t find the ticket immediately? Check that you haven’t redeemed the code using another login method. It’s possible that you have different accounts, linked, for example, to

  • your Facebook account
  • your Apple or Google account
  • and/or other account(s) created with an email address and a password
