I can’t find the ticket I’ve received in my tickets

  • Try reloading the web page or close the app and open it again.
  • Tickets you purchase are linked to the account you are currently logged in with.
  • Log in with the account you bought the tickets with to find them again in the ticket area. You may have purchased your ticket(s) with a different account:
    • your Facebook account
    • your Apple or Google account
    • and/or other account(s) created with an e-mail address and a password
  • Did you buy your digital ticket more than one year ago? Then you're not going to find it again either. This is because our digital tickets are valid for 1 year and disappear after that. Brupas (XL) tickets are valid for 18 months.

Did you receive a voucher code? Then you must first redeem it via De Lijn's app or website.
