Follow these steps if you have received a code for free tickets and want to redeem it.

1. Did you receive a link? Click on it and you will be taken to the De Lijn app or website where you will see the filled-in code.
   • Did you not receive a link, but only a code? Then go to the ticket page on the website or open the De Lijn app and enter the code under ‘do you have a code?’:
     App: Products > Tickets > Buy tickets: at the bottom of the tickets you can enter the code.

2. Then choose in which De Lijn account you want to redeem the code and click through. If your first and last name have not yet been entered, do so here (make sure it matches exactly the spelling on your identity card) and accept the terms of De Lijn.
3. The transport ticket is now in your ticket zone, you can recognize it by the receipt date.
4. Activate the ticket before you board, this can also be done in the app or via the website. After activation, you can travel validly. How long you can travel is shown on the activated ticket.
