Your subscription will be loaded onto your card within a maximum of 2 hours after purchase. Note: if you paid via bank transfer, your subscription will be loaded onto your MOBIB card within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

From the moment the validity period of your subscription begins, your subscription is active and you can start traveling with it.

Attention!

It is important that you hold your MOBIB card still in front of the scanner and do not have other cards or your phone nearby at the same time, until you see a checkmark on the screen. Only then is your subscription correctly validated. The first time this may take longer than usual.
