Your travel pass will be on your card within one hour of purchase. Please note: if you paid by bank transfer, your subscription will be on your MOBIB card within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

From the moment the term of your subscription starts, your travel pass is active and you can start traveling with it.

Note: 

Loading a new travel pass onto your MOBIB card takes a little longer than usual.
It is important that you hold your MOBIB card in front of the scanner until you get a check mark on the screen. Only then will your travel pass be correctly validated.
