Open the partner’s mobile app and follow the instructions on purchasing tickets. An ticket that you buy from one of our partners is automatically activated immediately after purchase. ( except in the Floya and SNCB app)

If you buy an 10-journey ticket, you must activate a ticket for each journey in the selected partner’s app.

Important: these tickets are not visible in the De Lijn app, only in the partner’s app. You can contact the partner for more information.
