I can’t activate my ticket. What should I do?

  • It can take up to one minute to activate an m ticket. If it doesn't work, try again. Also check that you have an active Internet connection. This can be either Wi-Fi or 3G/4G/5G.
  • If you still have no luck, you will need to buy a ticket through another sales channel. 
  • You can also pay contactlessly with your payment card or the payment app on your smartphone or smartwatch. Hold your means of payment in front of the white terminal on the vehicle. 
  • If you have a Belgian mobile phone number, you can also purchase an ticket via SMS. Send DL to the number 4884. You will receive a reply message that counts as a valid ticket.
