I have already paid my MOBIB card but haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

You will receive the new MOBIB card with subscription within 7 working days after payment.

Have you not received your MOBIB card within 7 working days? Let us know as soon as possible via the contact form or go to a Lijnwinkel store. We will replace the card for free for the first month. In case of late notification (after 1 month), we will consider the card as lost and we will charge 10 euros for the replacement of the card.

We will replace the card for free up to 2 consecutive times. From the third time onwards you pay 10 euros to replace the card.
