I have already paid my MOBIB card but haven’t received it yet. What do I do?

You will receive your MOBIB card with subscription within 15 calendar days after payment.

Haven’t received your MOBIB card within 15 days? Let us know as soon as possible via the contact form or visit a Lijnwinkel store. Up to one month after payment, we will replace the card free of charge. If you report it late (more than one month after payment), we consider the card lost and charge 10 euro for a replacement.

We replace the card free of charge a maximum of two consecutive times. From the third time onwards, you pay 10 euro for the replacement.
