You can check your subscription(s) and their validity in several ways. This can be done via the website, in the app, on a vehicle, at a ticket machine, and via the MyMOBIB app.
Via the website
- Log in or create an account at delijn.be/mijnaccount
- Go to 'Subscriptions'
- Link your MOBIB card(s) to your account.
In the app
- Log in to the app (App store/ Google Play) . Make sure you have the latest version.
- Go to Products > Subscriptions and click on Add
- Hold your MOBIB card against the back of your smartphone or enter the last five digits of your MOBIB card along with your date of birth.
On bus or tram
Scan your MOBIB card at the MOBIB scanner. You will see your current and future subscriptions.
- Press the blue 'Info' button on the MOBIB scanner.
- Hold your MOBIB card in front of the blue circle.
- Valid subscriptions are shown with their end date.
At a ticket machine
- Click on card information to view your details.
- Hold the MOBIB card to the card reader (blue circles). You can find it at the bottom
Via the MyMOBIB app (Android + NFC)
If you have recently scanned your card on a bus or tram, you can check your subscription details with an Android device with NFC via the MyMOBIB app.
