You can renew your subscription in several ways. You don’t have to wait for a renewal offer.
1. Renew your subscription online via the website
If you haven’t received an offer from us yet, or if you want to change our offer, you don’t have to wait.
- Go to delijn.be/koopabo.
- Click on renew subscription and proceed to order.
- Link your MOBIB card, if this has not been done yet.
- Click the renew button, which will take you to the payment page. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or Bancontact.
- We automatically apply family, municipal discounts* and/or increased reimbursement (if the increased reimbursement discount is not automatically applied, then choose to buy a new subscription).
- As soon as we receive your payment, you will get a confirmation email.
- After receipt of payment, your subscription will be loaded onto your MOBIB card within a maximum of 1 hour after purchase.
*Do you live in a municipality that requires a certificate to grant the discount? Then you can apply online for your subscription with municipal discount.
2. Renew your subscription online via ‘My account’
After linking your MOBIB card(s), you can renew your subscription(s) via ‘My account’.
- Log in via My account.
- Go to products.
- Choose subscriptions.
- Click on renew subscription.

In some situations, you cannot renew your subscription directly online. Read in which situations and what you can do.
3. Renew your subscription via our offer
Before your subscription expires, we send you a renewal offer by email or by post.
Offer by email
- If we have your email address, you will receive the offer by email.
- If you agree with the proposed products, pay and renew via the link in the email. You can pay via Visa, American Express, Mastercard, or Bancontact. After we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Your new subscription will then be loaded onto your MOBIB card within a maximum of 1 hour after purchase.
Offer by post
- If we do not have your email address, we will send you our offer by post.
- Payment can then be made by bank transfer.
- We will add your new subscription to your valid MOBIB card within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
4. You can also always visit a Lijnwinkel
- Show your MOBIB card or identity card.
- Pay cash, via Bancontact, Visa, or Mastercard.
- We will immediately load your subscription onto your MOBIB card.
Tip
- Check the validity period of your subscription at a MOBIB scanner on bus/tram.
- Request a new MOBIB card if you no longer have one. If your card has expired, we will automatically charge for a new one when you purchase your subscription. How much does a new MOBIB card cost?
- Are you renewing the subscription for your children or someone else? Make sure you have the MOBIB card number or the national registry number at hand if they are not registered at your address.
