Follow these steps if you receive a code and want to redeem it.

1. Did you get a link? Click on it and you will be taken to the De Lijn app or website, where you will see the entered code.
   
   Did you only get a code?
   -> Then go to the ticket page on our website and enter this code where it says ‘Do you have a code?'
   -> or go to our app and enter the code where it says ‘Do you have a code?’:

2. Then choose the De Lijn account in which you want to redeem the code and click through to it. If your first name and surname have not yet been entered, enter them here (making sure that the spelling is exactly the same as on your identity card) and confirm your agreement with De Lijn’s terms and conditions.
3. The ticket will now be in your ticket zone, and you can recognise it by the date it was received.
