This can be done via the website or the app by going to your account details.
Via the website:
- Go to ‘My account’ and log in if you haven’t already done so.
- Select ‘Payment methods’ in the menu.
- You will see your linked payment method here. You can link a maximum of one payment method for the time being. Select this. You can now delete your payment method or replace it with a new payment method.
Via the app:
- In the ‘more’ tab, tap ‘my payment methods’.
- You will see your linked payment method here. You can link a maximum of one payment method for the time being.
- You will now see the details of this payment method. Tap ‘delete’.
- Confirm if you are sure that you want to delete this card.
- You’re done: your payment method has been unlinked.
