Our tickets have been on an electronic card rather than a magnetic card since 1 October 2022. These old magnetic cards can no longer be used on our vehicles.
You can recognise the old magnetic card by the black magnetic strip:
If you still have such a card, you can use it as a discount when buying a new ticket on electronic card or have it converted into rides.
- To do this, stop by one of our Lijnwinkels or
- Send us a photo of the magnetic card cut in half via the contact form
- Attention: the residual value must be clearly legible on the back of the card
