I’m unable to log in to my 'De Lijn' account

  • Maybe you haven't created an account yet. Try creating one now.
  • Did you create an account with Facebook or Google or Apple in the past? Then you cannot log in with a self-provided e-mail address and you will not receive an e-mail with the request for a password reset. In this case, log in again with Facebook, Google or Apple.
  • Has it been a year or more since you logged in? If so, your account will currently be inactive and you need to reset your password.
