If you transfer to another bus or tram with a payment terminal within 60 minutes, hold the same payment means of payment you used before in front of the terminal on the other bus or tram. You don’t need to pay again* and you can complete your ride.

If you use a different means of payment or have been travelling for more than 60 minutes when you transfer, we’ll charge you for another journey.

Want to use a single means of payment to pay contactlessly for multiple travellers? Hold the same means of payment in front of the same white terminal for each transferring fellow-traveller within two minutes.

* With the exception of dial-a-buses and the Limburg express lines.
