First make sure that there is enough money in the bank account that is linked to your medium (the bank card, payment app or wearable you used). Then go to the contactless payment portal and follow the instructions. Be sure to check that you are using the correct card – the one with an outstanding debt.
If you don’t, we will try to settle your debt automatically for 15 to 30 days. If this is done successfully, you can pay contactlessly to travel with us again.
Google Pay allows you to use multiple cards, so check carefully which one you are using.
