- if there is still a valid ticket on your card;
- if there is an error message.
It is important to hold the card in front of the scanner until a check mark appears. If you do not wait long enough, your card will be invalidated. Your multi-ride card will be reactivated the next time you hold your card in front of the scanner long enough.
- Stop by a Lijnwinkel. There they can test your card and possibly exchange it.
