Depending on certain conditions, your subscription may be eligible for a term refund or a day-to-day refund.
We charge an administrative fee of 10 euros for the refund. This does not apply when you request a refund following the purchase or receipt of another (combined) subscription from De Lijn.
The right to family discount is recalculated. When refunding one of the subscriptions, the granted family discount is deducted from the refund.
Has your subscription been confiscated during a check? Then you are not entitled to a refund.
The cost of your MOBIB card (6 euros) is not refunded. However, the card remains valid until the date indicated on it, so you can load a subscription from De Lijn or another Belgian transport company on it at a later time.
Term RefundDepending on the number of months used, you will receive a percentage of the subscription price back. Only applicable to: a Buzzy Pazz 12-24 or an Omnipas 25-64, with a validity of 3 or 12 months. Exception: The following subscriptions are excluded and are not eligible for a term refund:
