Get in touch with the Civil Affairs department of your new municipality, which will send you an invitation email with a link to the application form.

It’s possible that you weren’t asked to provide an email address in your online change of address declaration, and therefore couldn’t be sent an email. Or the email may not have reached you due to an error in the email address that was provided. 

Note that the promotion will first run exclusively in four trial cities: Heist-op-den-Berg, Lier, Lokeren and Diest. During this period, only recently moved residents of these municipalities can therefore request a trial pack. After this period, the initiators will examine whether residents from other municipalities can also participate.
