De Lijn, cambio and Blue-bike need your email address if you want to use the trial pack. For example, they’ll then be able to reach you if they’re missing any personal details, or inform you about options for getting around in your municipality.

If you don’t have an email address, you can ask a neighbour, family member or friend to request the pack using his or her email address.
