Can I check my contactless payments?

Yes, this is possible through our secure portal.

Your rides will appear in the portal a day later. Why? Because we only add up all rides at the end of the day and calculate the total amount.

On this portal, you can:

  • See an overview of your movements and payments
  • Pay your outstanding balance
  • Consult and print a receipt

How do you log in?

With the payment reference on your account statement or with the card number of your contactless payment card:

  • You can find your payment reference on the bank's account statement. It consists of 8 characters with ‘De Lijn’ or ‘DL’ at the front or back.
  • Your card number can be found on the card you paid with. With Mastercard or Visa, this is 16 digits. With Maestro and VPAY, this is 16 digits or more, (usually) after the word ‘CARD’. To use Apple Pay or Google Pay on your smartphone, your card must be loaded in this.

Tip!

If you see ‘onduidelijk gebruik’ in your movements, it means we are not sure whether it is your first boarding or a transfer. These movements will not be charged.
