Can I get an overview of the tickets I have used?

Do you want to generate a proof of purchase? Do you want to know which tickets you have used or passed on? If so, you can visit the ticket management history platform. platform!

Log in and go to ‘My profile’ (top right) ‘My De Lijn’ > ‘History’ (left column). The history of your tickets will appear. You will find the purchase date and latest activation for each ticket. You can also see at a glance which product it is and how much you paid. Did you pass the ticket on to someone else? Then you will see the date on which it actually left your ticket zone and entered the recipient’s ticket zone.

Do you need an overview of journeys you have made for work? Select ‘purchased tickets’ and download an overview in PDF format.

View your ticket history

Via the app

Click on the ‘tickets’ tab at the bottom. Then log in by your preferred method. You will immediately see your available tickets. Click on the three dots at the top right. You will see a selection menu. Choose ‘view history’. Your ticket history will appear. For each ticket you can see when you purchased it and when you used it or passed it on.
