I want to board digitally, but my line/vehicle is not in the list. What do I do?

Follow these steps:

  1. Wait until you are standing right by the vehicle.
  2. Can’t you see any lines yet? Then try again.
  3. Are you unable to find a vehicle? Or is your line definitely not there? In that case, tap My vehicle is not on the list. You will then get a confirmation screen. This counts as a ticket.
  4. Please note! Digital boarding via De Lijn's app is not possible on flex transport.
