Follow these steps:
- Wait until you are standing right by the vehicle.
- Can’t you see any lines yet? Then try again.
- Are you unable to find a vehicle? Or is your line definitely not there? In that case, tap My vehicle is not on the list. You will then get a confirmation screen. This counts as a ticket.
- Please note! Digital boarding via De Lijn's app is not possible on flex transport.
