Your ride is always scheduled within the 30-minute pickup window. If the ride falls outside the previously communicated 30-minute time window, this is due to an unforeseen delay of the flexbus, for example, because of traffic conditions.

One hour before the ride arrives at your stop, you will receive the exact time via SMS, push notification, or voice message.
- In this message, we communicate a 6-minute time window (e.g., 12:05 PM – 12:11 PM). The intention is that you, as a passenger, are at the stop at the start of this time window (in the example, at 12:05 PM). Are you later? Then the driver may give you a no-show.
- 15 minutes before arrival, you will receive another update with information about where the flexbus is located relative to your pickup location.
B. Are you booking your ride less than 1 hour in advance?
- You immediately see the exact pickup time in the app.
TIP
At the latest 15 minutes before your pickup time, you can track the flexbus live via the app.
You will also find on the map in the app the exact location where you will be picked up. This way, you are sure to be at the right location on time.
