You will always be picked up within your pick-up time window. You will receive the exact time by text message or push message* or by voice message one hour in advance. You will then receive two more updates: 30 minutes and 5 minutes before departure you will receive information about where the flexbus is located in relation to your pick-up location.

*You will receive a push notification from the app if you have opted in your mobile phone settings to allow notifications to be received from the Hoppin app. If you have not ticked this option, you will receive a text message.
