You can link multiple MOBIB cards to the same account.
- Sign up in the app or on the website.
- Go to Products > Subscriptions.
- Link your card manually by entering the last five digits of your MOBIB card and your date of birth.
- Or click on ‘Scan my MOBIB card’ in the app and link your subscription with NFC. Hold your MOBIB card against your smartphone and the app does the rest.
Once your travel pass is successfully linked, you can find it under ‘products’.
Do you have a MOBIB card from transport company NMBS, TEC or MIVB?
In most cases, you will first need to visit a Lijnwinkel store to register the card so that we can find it in our system. You do not need to visit a Lijnwinkel store if you have a MOBIB card from another transport company with an active combined travel pass. In that case, you can link the MOBIB card immediately.
Linking your MOBIB card to your account has some useful advantages
- Easily manage your subscription(s) and those of your family. That way you always know which subscription you have and until when it is valid.
- You'll never forget to renew it, as you'll get an automatic notification in good time.
- You receive travel information about cancelled rides or diversions relevant to you.
- You can activate digital boarding in our app.
