This depends on the timing of your application. If you apply before April 20, 2026, you will receive your voucher code or certificate at least one week before the start of the NMBS works. You can then redeem this at NMBS for a subscription between Antwerp-Left Bank and Antwerp-Central.

If you apply later, you can expect the email from NMBS within the same week.
