Receive notifications about disruptions and detours on your lines and stops:

1. Open the De Lijn app
2. Go to 'More'
3. Click on 'Personalized travel info'
4. Turn on 'Receive personalized travel info'

From now on, you will receive notifications about disruptions as a message on your smartphone. If you click on the message, you will automatically be taken to the inbox of your De Lijn app.

If you turn off personalized travel info, you will no longer receive notifications after 24 hours.

How does this work?

• Add your favorite stops and lines in the app.
• Do you have a subscription? Then link your MOBIB card in the app.

Thanks to the scan data from your MOBIB card on our vehicles, your favorite stops and lines, and your click behavior in our app, our algorithm can select the stops and lines that are relevant to you.

We do not share your data with other parties and we only temporarily track your scan behavior on the bus and click behavior in the app. More information can be found in our privacy policy.
