What violations give rise to a type 2 fine?

using a forged ticket, a forged free transportation pass or a forged discount card;
using somebody else's ticket;
touch an electric line or installation;
touch a signal or obstruct its visibility;
damaging, obstructing or delaying the bus or tram;
damaging or disrupt an installation, infrastructure or equipment;
possession of an object or substance that may hurt people or put them in danger;
using the emergency controls of a door or opening it when there is no emergency situation;
getting on or off a vehicle during manoeuvring or before it has completely stopped;
misuse the emergency signal.
