You will receive a type 3 fine if you:

• cannot produce a valid season ticket for the ticket inspector;
• do not register your MOBIB card on the vehicle;
• cannot provide proof of entitlement to free transport or a discount card.

You will not be fined for a first violation. A fine will be imposed in the event of a second or third violation within 12 months.
