You will receive a type 3 fine if you:

• cannot present a valid subscription at the time of inspection;
• do not register your MOBIB card on the vehicle;
• do not digitally register your boarding in the app before you board;
• cannot provide proof of free travel or a reduction card.

For a first offense, you will not receive a fine. For a 2nd or 3rd offense within 12 months, a fine will be imposed. So always travel with a valid travel ticket.
