If you find your item online, you can claim it.
Fill in the claim form as completely as possible. The more information you provide in your claim, the easier it will be for us to determine whether you are the object’s rightful owner and the sooner you will be able to get it back.
Bear in mind that it may take up to three working days before we can process your claim.
We charge an administrative fee and postage for processing and returning lost property.
After 6 months, we remove found objects from our warehouses. Personal documents such as identity cards and payment cards are kept for 2 weeks. Afterwards, they are destroyed.
Did you lose something on a flexbus?
Did you forget something on a flexbus and was it not more than 1 hour ago? Then call the De Lijn Flex centre (015 40 88 88). They can check whether the driver is still on his way and whether your item has been found. Has it been longer? Then follow the iLost-procdure, as described above.
