What should I do if I lost something on the bus or the tram?

All objects found on services operated by De Lijn are listed online on iLost within five working days.

Search the list of registered objects to see if your item has been found.

If you find your item online, you can claim it.

Fill in the claim form as completely as possible. The more information you provide in your claim, the easier it will be for us to determine whether you are the object’s rightful owner and the sooner you will be able to get it back.

Bear in mind that it may take up to three working days before we can process your claim.

We charge an administrative fee and postage for processing and returning lost property. We get rid of lost property from our storage facilities after six months.
