Why can’t I collect my item from a De Lijn collection point?

De Lijn doesn’t have staffed and safely accessible collection points, so we can’t offer the option of collecting your item in person.

All items we find are posted as a parcel to their rightful owner after a validated claim has been made via iLost. De Lijn uses a standard, market-based postage charge for this.
