Your subscription from De Lijn is valid on flex transport. The only thing you need to do is register your MOBIB card, so the driver can check your MOBIB card and subscription when you board. Without registration, you cannot travel validly with your subscription.
You can register your subscription in 2 ways:
- In the De Lijn Flex app. Go to the menu and choose "Add MOBIB card". You will need your MOBIB card number and your postal code. Make sure your travel ticket is then set to "De Lijn travel ticket". You can change this at the top right of the main screen of the app.
- By phone via the De Lijn Flex call center. Have your MOBIB card and postal code ready.
Good to know
- You can link an expired MOBIB card as long as it has a valid subscription on it.
- You can also link a MOBIB card from another operator.
- When renewing your subscription, you must first scan the MOBIB card on regular transport or in a Lijnwinkel, then you can use it on Flex transport.
- When renewing your MOBIB card, you must link the MOBIB card again.
- You can link 1 MOBIB card in the app under 1 account. Linking multiple MOBIB cards is not possible.
- Digital boarding via the De Lijn app is not possible on Flex transport.
