You can only use the flexbus if there is no other option with public transport and there are still available seats for your trip. Reservation is necessary and possible up to 30 days in advance. 

You can book a ride via our De Lijn Flex app, delijn.be/flex, or through the De Lijn Flex call center.

If you have reduced mobility or special accessibility needs, please contact the De Lijn Flex call center during your first reservation.
