You can use a direct flex ride if you need it and only if you meet the conditions:

• Do you have a PmH subscription? 
  Then you can have your profile adjusted by phone at the De Lijn Flex center at 015 40 88 88. 
  Based on the number of your MOBIB card, the employee will check if you are indeed entitled and your profile will be adjusted.
• Do you not have a PmH subscription? 
  Then you can submit a request to customer service via the contact form and provide us with one of the motivating documents listed below. 
  • Parking card for persons with disabilities, issued by the Directorate-General for Persons with Disabilities of the Federal Public Service Social Security.
  • National public transportation reduction card, issued by the Federal Public Service Social Security.
  • Certificate from the Federal Public Service Social Security showing a disability.
  • Certificate from the Opgroeien agency of the Flemish Government showing a disability

Our customer service will review your document and if your request is approved, they will adjust your profile at De Lijn Flex. Only the documents mentioned are eligible. Medical (doctor’s) certificates are not accepted.

The same aids are allowed on flex transport as on the regular public transport of De Lijn.
