There can be several reasons for this.
- At the chosen time, there is regular public transport service. You cannot reserve flex transport if there is sufficient service with fixed public transport. The Lijn Flex is intended as flexible supplementary public transport.
- There are no available rides (anymore) between the chosen time and 60 minutes into the future (60 minutes into the past when booking to "arrive before").
- There may be rides available on other dates/times. Search for a ride at a time that differs by at least 60 minutes from the first requested time.
- There is no flex service in the area. You can find an overview of the service at delijn.be/flex.
Do you have a mobility impairment?
Depending on your mobility needs, you may or may not be allowed to take the combimobile suggested routes directly with the flexbus.
