How can I change my reservation?

Change the time of the reservation

Depending on when your ride will take place, you can change the time of your reservation.

You can primarily do this via the De Lijn Flex app.

  • Go to “Scheduled rides” in the menu.
  • Click on the date your ride is scheduled.
  • Then click on “Edit”.
  • Through this screen, you can edit the desired departure or arrival time.
  • The system checks if your request can be fulfilled and confirms the new time if it fits within the flex bus schedule.
  • You can also cancel your ride here.

You can also adjust the time via the trip planner on delijn.be/flex.

  • To do this, click on your name at the top right.
  • Go to scheduled rides.
  • Click on the ride you want to change.
  • Choose “Edit departure time” and make the desired changes.
  • You can also cancel your ride here.

Of course, you can also contact the De Lijn Flex call center during opening hours to adjust the time of your ride.

Change pick-up or drop-off location

You cannot change your pick-up or drop-off location yourself. However, you can contact De Lijn Flex call center to request a change to your ride. If the call center is closed, you can cancel your existing ride and book a new ride with the correct pick-up and drop-off location in the De Lijn Flex app or via the trip planner on delijn.be/flex.
