You can cancel your flex ride in several ways.

The Lijn Flex app

In the menu at the top left, under 'Scheduled rides,' you can see all your scheduled rides. Any ride that is still in the future can be canceled this way.

Is The Lijn Flex call center closed at the time you want to cancel? Then call as soon as possible during opening hours.

Report your cancellation as soon as possible to avoid a fine and/or suspension.
