In the menu at the top left you will see all your scheduled journeys under ‘Scheduled journeys’. You can cancel any journey that is still in the future.

De Lijn Flex-centre

Phone the De Lijn Flex-centre in plenty of time on015 40 88 88. You can do this

• on Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 19.00.
• at the weekend and on public holidays from 7.30 to 15.00.

Let us know about your cancellation as soon as possible to avoid a fine and/or suspension.

If the De Lijn Flex-centre is closed when you want to cancel, phone as soon as possible during opening hours.
