You can cancel your journey with flexible transport in various ways.

Hoppinapp

In the menu at the top left you will see all your scheduled journeys under ‘Scheduled journeys’. You can cancel any journey that is still in the future.

In the menu at the top right you will see all your scheduled journeys under ‘Scheduled journeys’. You can cancel any journey that is still in the future.

Hoppin Switchboard

Phone the Hoppin Switchboard in plenty of time on 0800 12 2 12. You can do this

• on Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 19.00.
• at the weekend and on public holidays from 7.30 to 15.00.

Let us know about your cancellation as soon as possible to avoid a fine and/or suspension.

If the Hoppin Switchboard is closed when you want to cancel, phone as soon as possible during opening hours.
