You must book a ride on the flexbus. You can do this 30 days to 30 minutes in advance via the De Lijn Flex app, delijn.be/flex or by calling the De Lijn Flex centre (015/40 88 88).

Please note the following.

• You can only take the flexbus if there is no other possibility using regular public transport.
  There must be room on the flexbus for your journey. We therefore strongly advise you to book on time.
• If you want to book the same trip for several days, you can do so via De Lijn Flex-Centrale.

For groups larger than 8 persons, you must also contact De Lijn Flex-centrale. You can book up to a maximum of 18 people. Provided there are enough available seats or flex-buses.

If you are less mobile or have special accessibility requirements, please contact De Lijn Flex-Centrale when making your first booking.
