On delijn.be/flex or in the De Lijn Flex app, under the Favorites menu, you can save favorite locations. You can choose between an address or a stop.

Do you have a preferred stop? Then we recommend booking from stop to stop. This way you choose the stop where you get on and off yourself. Stops are identified by the bus icon in the search list.

If you book from address to address, an algorithm determines the best pick-up and drop-off stop. If an address is located between 2 stops, the pick-up and drop-off locations can be different.
