How do I delete my De Lijn Flex account?

You can delete your account via the mobile De Lijn Flex app or in the trip planner at delijn.be/flex. Click on your name in the menu, there you will find ‘Delete account’. It takes 48 hours for your account and all personal data to be erased.

Have you not yet used the De Lijn Flex planner but have already traveled with a flex bus after a phone reservation? Then the De Lijn Flex central office has automatically created an account for you. Contact the central office to delete your account or send an email to reservatie@flex.delijn.be.
