On the map, you can see the next stop that will be served and the number of minutes the bus/tram is away from that stop. The information is automatically refreshed every 15 seconds.
Do you see: no vehicle on the map, a location that jumps, or real-time information that does not match the vehicle on the map?
- We can only show the vehicle’s location if the GPS location is available, tracking information exists, and the bus/tram has started its trip.
- In case of a disruption in real-time reception, the location is not sent to the app as quickly. This can cause the bus/tram’s location on the map to remain stuck and then suddenly jump a large distance.
- Different systems provide the real-time information in the app and the vehicle-on-map feature. This can result in small discrepancies.
