What should I do if I don’t receive a text with the verification code to reset my number when I still have tickets?

  • Check that you had a WiFi or 3G/4G/5G connection when you entered your mobile number, and that the number 8810 isn’t blocked (88888 from a foreign number). Where to check these things:
    • on Android devices, in Messages – Settings
    • on iPhone devices, in Settings – Phone
