My tickets didn’t appear in the app after payment. What should I do?

Is your Internet connection active?  If so, check that the payment was successful and the money has been taken from your account.

If you still haven't received your tickets, don't worry: we’ll be happy to help you if you fill in the contact form on the website or in the app using the button ‘Do you have feedback about the app?’. We will then investigate what went wrong.

However, always make sure you have a valid ticket before you board.
