- Try reloading the page. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
- If you bought your tickets before November 3th 2021, they will still be linked to your mobile phone number. Check the linked phone number, which you can find under ‘Tickets' in your account.
- If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear.
Via the app
- Close the app and reopen it. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
- If you bought your tickets before November 3th 2021, they will still be linked to your mobile phone number. Go to ‘Tickets' and re-do the link if necessary.
- If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear.
