What should I do if the tickets I purchased aren’t displayed?

Via the website

  • Try reloading the page. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
  • If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear.

Via the app

  • Close the app and reopen it. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
  • If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear. Brupass (XL) tickets are valid for 18 months.
