- Try reloading the page. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
- If you bought your m-tickets before November 3th 2021, they will still be linked to your mobile phone number. Check the linked phone number, which you can find under ‘Tickets' in your account.
- If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our m-tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear.
Via the app
- Close the app and reopen it. If your tickets are still not visible, check that you are logged in to the right account.
- If you bought your tickets before November 3th 2021, they will still be linked to your mobile phone number. Go to ‘Tickets' and re-do the link if necessary.
- If you bought your ticket more than one year ago, be aware that our m-tickets are valid for one year, after which they disappear.
