Whether a stop is accessible or not depends on a number of characteristics such as the height of the platform, the incline of the slope or the presence of tactile paving.
The route planner on our website and app shows the accessibility status of the stops using symbols.. A stop may be accessible to people with:
- a mobility impairment
- a mobility impairment, with assistance from your carer
- a visual impairment
The accessibility symbols are also included in the travel information at bus stop level and at line level in the information under 'journeys at this time' and 'passages at this time'.
Is your stop not accessible? Then also check the other stops on the route (by clicking on the line number). One of the other stops on your trip may have been adjusted.
