Contact the dial-a-bus switchboard of the province where your dial-a-bus operates. The telephone receptionist needs the following information to make a booking:
- Existing customers can book online under certain conditions: 30 days to 1 day in advance. You can also contact us by telephone to inquire and if possible to make a reservation: from 30 days to 1 hour in advance.
- Name, address, telephone number when you are booking for the first time. You will then be given an customer number with which you can make bookings.
- Desired date and time of departure
- Boarding and disembarking stops
- Number of passengers
Only the deaf, the hearing impaired or people with aphasia can book via fax.
